Employee portal and Order Confirmation Preview....

Hi....
in my portal, if i try to create an order confirmation preview from a header-line, it says....
What this error does mean??

Navision error (10500): The operating system cannot find the file C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Impostazioni locali\Temp\__TEMP__.KUK . Please check that the drive, directory and file names are correct.

Hi,
this means that the report which is saved as XML temporarily from the NAS could not be found.
Have you setup a printer for the NAS user (at least one printer)?
The other possibility is that the report is empty.

i'll find the configuration field ford the printer in "Setup Application Server"?
I've in Front-end Elaboration

and

and the code is NEP-1
I haven't a NAS user.... or it's the administrator?

Hi,
the NAS user is the windows account with whom the NAS service (NASSQL.exe or NAS.exe) is running. You can see that setting in the service management console from windows.
On the machine where the NAS is running at least one printer has to be configured (even if the machine has no printer connected!), Navision just needs the printer driver to do the printing. You may try this by opening Navision client ON that machine and try to preview any report.
