Cannot Clear A Blob Field

Maybe cause it's late but I can get it to clear.

I created a Blob field on the item table called "Picture2" - same a "Picture"

In "picture2" I imported the JPG of the BMP which is in "Picture"

if the code below works

OnPush()
IF Picture.HASVALUE THEN
  IF CONFIRM(Text002,FALSE,TABLECAPTION,"No.") THEN BEGIN
    CLEAR(Picture);
    CurrForm.SAVERECORD;
  END;

then why doesn't this work?

IF Picture2.HASVALUE THEN 
  IF CONFIRM(Text002,FALSE,TABLECAPTION,"No.") THEN BEGIN
    CLEAR(Picture2);
    CurrForm.SAVERECORD;
  END;

I added more menu items to form 346 Item Picture - basically the same as the that are already there Import/Export& Delete except changed the field from picture to picture2.

Do you think beause there is no CALCFIELDS(Picture2);

I also created a small report

Using Item Table
OnAfterGetRecord....

IF Item.Picture2.HASVALUE THEN
    CLEAR(Item.Picture2);
Item.MODIFY;

I added the CALCFIELDS(picture2)

and it worked.

As for the menu items of the picture form working for picture & NOT picture2 that still exists. But I'm thinking it's probably a similar answer.
