Running Reports at night

Hi there,
One of our international client's run reports for heaps of different states, and therefore when they run them at the same time during the day, this slows down the whole network quite dramatically.
The client would like to overcome this problem by having Navision automatically run a batch job (eg. 7pm each night) where it will go through and run just say a dozen reports automatically and print them out, so that the users will have them ready for them the next morning.
From my research it appears the OnTimer trigger is the best way to deal with this... but how exactly do we do it at a specified time each night?
Your help is greatly appreciated,
Simon :roll:

Hi,
we have like problem and this is our solve.
Run continualy one form. Triger on timer on this form checked per 15 min. (optionally) if is +/- 19:00 then run the report.
Better solve is utilitity "ExpandIT Launch Utility" on http://www.expanditcom.com
This is command promt. utility which run any object navision. It is posible add it at any windows scheduler.

Have a look at Navision Cron Engine, you can download it from this site. There is no way to Linux. Linux is the way !0

Or... you could just use the Job Scheduler that comes with standard Navision.0

Service Management/Setup/Job Scheduler
It was added for Service Management, but you can use it for anything that fits in it, it's really a nice feature to have things run automatically.0 -
I am running 2.60, is the scheduler available here?0

DenSter;
I should have pointed out I have NF 2.00, I do not think there is such a thing a "Service Management" let alone Job Scheduler.
If there is, I can't find it.0
