Non-order stock in or out provision

i would do a warehouse journal. Once the order is found move it out of the system. There are two issue to watch out for.

The problem is that who owns the goods?
Should is show in your books (GL)?

Is this a warehouse with pick and putaway? it won't show in gl until you reconsile warehouse entry and item ledger entry.

If it's no pick and putaway, it will show in gl when you adjust it, and you'll own the goods.
