Is it Poss to paste directly from an spreadsheet to a table?

The scenario is as follows.........
A number of spreadsheets are generated and sent via email requiring a column to be completed by the end user.
The spreadsheets are then returned to a central source. I then want to take that data and copy this to a table ready for manipulation within Navision.
The plan was to open each spreadsheet and copy and past that data. Is it possible?
Thanks
Tim

OR
You can use T370:"Excel Buffer" to import an Excel-file. There are some functions in it you can use.Regards,Alain Krikilion

You cannot copy paste the data from a excel spreadsheet to navision table. You have to use a dataport to do the same.
Thanx,

Actually, the point is that you can sometimes copy-paste from and to the same Navi tables in two different companies/databases. I am not sure why it works sometimes and why not other times, maybe it has something to do with whether the table is empty or not. However, Copying from a Navision table is a simple tab-separated text, sot theoretically, it should be possible to paste to a Navi table from an external location, but I there there are some "magic bytes" copied to the clipboard that enable Navi to acccept the paste. It seems not easy to find out.
Do It Yourself is they key. Standard code might work - your code surely works.0
