Warehouse Receipt from a Transfer Order

Navision 4.0 SQL Option:
This is a weird occurence at the customer site which Im not able to duplicate at my side using a copy of their database.
They create a transfer order from a location without warehouse management to a location using warehouse management.
The posting of the transfer shipment is successful. However, during transfer receipt I cannot create a warehouse receipt. When I checked, the reason is that the entry of this TO in the Warehouse Request table does not exist, somehow deleted or was not created. Note that this will not always happen. Only happens on some particular TOs. Note also that there are no modifications done so this rules out a modification problem.
If I manually create the entry in the Warehouse Request table, then Im able to do the warehouse receipt and post it without any problems.
Anyone else have a similar issue?
I checked the change document of 4.0 SP1, and there is nothing mentioned of this type of problem.
Hope you can help me.

I ran across a bug in Navision (4.0), that if you shipped a transfer order and then reopened and re-released the transfer order, it would delete the warehouse request for the receipt.
Navision confirmed this problem. They also confirmed it existed in SP1 and was scheduled to be corrected on SP2.
I am not sure his is your issue, but I was also seeing only the random order with this problem. There are no bugs - only undocumented features.0
