Hi all, I'm facing this problem in Navision 4.0 AP with applied entries. I've tested this out with Service Pack 1 and the problems still persist. I've read on some other thread in mibuso that Sp1 fixes this but not in my case. Can someone help me pls.
Problem 1: Created many lines in the payment journals and applied them to individual invoices. After posting all of them, only the first payment journal line has been posted and successfully applied. From the second payment journal line onwards, everything has been posted but are all not applied to anything. The same thing happens for cash receipt journals.
Problem 2: Created many lines in the payment journals and applied them to individual invoices. Filtered out only certain payment lines to post; after posting them, the rest of the unposted payment lines all have their applied entries unapplied. The same thing happens for cash receipt journals.
Problem 3: Created many lines in the payment journals and applied them to individual invoices. After that we went and posted a purchase order. When we came back to the payment journals and checked, all the lines were no longer applied to anything. The same thing happens for cash receipt journals when we post a sales order. BUT posting a purchase order will not cause lines in the cash receipt journal to be unapplied and vice versa.

Are you referring to W1 4.0 and W1 4.0 SP1 or are they localized versions of the software?Nelson Alberto0

            Hi Nelson,
The version we're using is a localised version (AP 4.0 SP1)
 Thanks

            Problem solved!
The reason why I still faced this problem is because I created a blank SP1 database and then restored my 4.0 backup into it. So all the objects in there were 4.0 objects, which was why I still faced the same problem.
This time I created another database and restored the Cronus backup first. Now the SP1 objects are already in my database. Then only I restored my backup from 4.0 and did not encounter the missing applied entries issue anymore.0
