check if printer is installed

hey everybody!

i'm looking for a possibility to check if a certain printer is installed in my windows befor the output starts. can anyone tell me if this is possible through navision at all?

OS: win2k
NAV: 3.60

    hi again!

    i'm sorry, i've been to unpatient. found the solution myself.

    for everybody who is interested in:
    there is a systemtable in navision (nav 3.60) "T2000000039 Drucker" where navision obviously holds the installed printers. this table can easily be filtered for a specific printer.

    Is that printers on peoples PC's or printers specified in the Printer table?

    on application start navision searches for installed printers. each printer and its connection is then stored in the systemtable T2000000039. on closing navision the table is cleared again.
