Hi
While I post a Sales Invoice ( No - F6785), it prompts me the error as follows
The Sales Header does not exist
Identification fields ans values:
Document Type = 'Invoice', No.= F6785
Document Type : Invoice, No. : F6785
and the system hangs. LAter it display the error " Internal Error : The property Back Color is not defined in the Property List"
Later once i exit and come in again, i can see the Invoice (F6785) is posted . Same is the case of credit memo posting too. Please note that we are using same number series for unposted & Posted documents
But this is not happening always. It does occur sometimes which result in the hanging of system.
What can be wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Scenarion:
NAvision 4.0 (Upgrade from 2.6 to 4.0)
Build : 21544
Server : NAvison Native Database Server
Thanks

This is a bug in navision. But they are affrait that when they solve it, new bugs will be created.
So they just leave it in.

Mark's comment was correct, but his link didn't work for me. Hopefully, this will work for you all better:

This has been resolved in Navision service pack 2 (allegedly)
Error
When opening other applications at the same time as Navision is searching for data, you would sometimes receive the error message: “Internal error: The back color is not defined”.
This has been corrected
fin.exe
nas.exe
finsql.exe
nassql.exe
We'll have to check it out when sp is released in April.0 -
Does anyone know, if this problem occurs in later versions of Navisions? Have seen same errormessage in version Nav 5.01. Still risk of new bugs or has it been solved in later versions? Thank you in advance.0
