Print different paper size

Hi,

I want to print from Navision a report on dot matrix printer with page format 100/210 mm.
Problem is that the printer (EPSON LX 300+) automatically feed A4 paper (is the system printer paper size).
If I print from MS WORD a document with custom size the printer feed only the specified size, from Navision feed all the A4 paper.
What setting should I do to have the feed for correct size ?

    First make sure the printer supports the custom form size, if it doesn't create the custom form on the print server. To find out how to do this search the MS KB, sorry I don't know the direct link.

    Once you have done that go into the Printer Setup window in the report and specify the printer you want to print to and the page size you're printing on. I don't know how to set this automatically but if anyone knows please say so as I have a number of reports that need to be setup like this for about 30 users :)
