How to insert image to a field (Data Type : BLOB)

Any one please let me know how to (add/point to) a image to a field with data type BLOB?

  Put it in the sourceexpression of the control.
  
  Remember the GET +CALCFIELDS if it is a variable
  
  There is an example on form1

  Take a look in Form 346. Picture (BLOBFIELD).import
  
  An other way is to stream in a file. But navision can only show *.bmp
