Dynamic sum flowfield

First: happy New Year 
Second, a question:
I need 2 SUM flowfields per 4 table fields.
Like this:
TotalQty = sum by Item Quantity for all dates and other stuff
Qty = sum by Item Quantity for some dates and other stuff
I need the same functionality for Outstanding Quantity and some other fields.
The real question is:
Is it possible to make one flowfield where I can change on wich field I'm summing by?
