SP2 and Navision 5 timelines

Does anybody have time frames for the expected release dates of SP2 and Navision 5?
We are currently upgrading from 2.0 with advanced distribution to Navision 4.0 if we try to go to 4.0 SP1 it will add approximately 2 months to the upgrade as our solution center will take about a month to figurer out and perform the upgrade from 2.0 to 4.0 sp1, bypassing 4.0 non-sp1. then we would have to test and go live from there.
I believe I will just proceed with 4.0 non-sp1 and then later worry about applying SP1, but if SP2 is coming out soon, say the next 6 months, I will probably just wait for that and go from 4.0 non-sp1 straight to sp2.
But if Navision 5 will be out in 2006, I might as well wait for that, or would I be better waiting for Navision 5 SP1?
what's your opinions

It depends on what features you are looking for to upgrade.
SP2 suppose to come in 2nd quarter, but my guess it's in the end of the quarter, meaning 6months from now.
I wouldn't upgrade to Navision 5 period, 2nd half of the next year, and wait for SP1 for Nav 5. My guess Navision 5 will come in August.
It's ok for new clients, because most of them don't use most of the features, or if they do it will take sevearl months, and until then SP! for Navision 5 will come out.0 -
I saw the timeline yesterday and there was SP2 in Q1 (you can expect it on beginning of Q2), and Navision 5 on end of Q3 (I assume it will be somewhere in Q4).0
