Employee Portal - Problem launching NAS

Hi, I have setup everything on the same server.
SQL 2005 + WSS SP2 + MSQM + NAS
I have done almost everything listed on these forums, including the debug and journaling of messages.
But the problem seems to be on the Navision Application Server.
When is started it reports this error on the event viewer:

Error receving Backend private key

I couldn't figure out what does it mean.
I also receive the same message when launched from the comand line using an account member of domain admins, so it's not related to permission.

    You need to let Navision generate the backend keys. There is somewhere function for that...

    Nice, just to let you know I'm not using encription for the Aplicattion Server configuration on Navision, neither compression.
    On the documentation it doesn't mention anything about generating those keys.
    Also I have setup the rights URLs on the Key Management aplication that is installed but the site never get's listed on navision.

    Yes, I know, but this is needed no matter if you want to use it or not...
