where to look for images in Navision?

Hi everybody

Need a bit help here.
There are images in Nav that are being used in a main menu design for example. How can i find, export, edit and then import them back into Navision? Where do they store?
Please, need to bring some Xmas spirit into Nav`s menus

You cannot change the internal bitmaps of navision

You can, if you have 2.x or 3.x add a picturebox like in form1 to the main menu.

Define a global var CompInfo rec 79

In the OnOpenForm you add the code

if compinfo.get then
  compinfo.calcfields(picture);

And put a picturebox (or image, I mix them up constantly) and put CompInfo.Picture in the sourceexpr.

Remember you can also make the menuitems flashing and change color randomly

You will need some resource editor if you want to change the standard pictures. And I do not know, if the client will run after the modification in this way...

I think the client has some checksum, so the new images must be same in bmpsize as the old.

I`ll try to bring that holy Crhistmas spirit to every single dude i work with. By the way, i`m sure, once found the way to make it, we could make a pack or smthng and share an Xmas with others

Admit that i`ve got a good idea to make that menu a bit different and i just wanna make it true

I tried to edit the bitmaps in fin.exe and I succeded!!! I was able to change the icon in menusuite in 4.01! ok, now I only need some time, good pictures, and it will be cool...
