Manufacturing - Inventory Costing

Hi,
We are using Manufacturing in Navision Attain 3.6. The problem is that when I run the Inventory Valuation report, it shows me a huge amount as expected cost. I am running this report after running Adjust Cost-Item Entries and Post Inventory Cost to GL.

I have tried to analyse the problem and I found out that the Output entries are still having the Expected Cost even when the Prodution Order has both - Comsumption and Output Entries and the status of production order has been changed to Finished.

Has anyone already faced the same problem?

    Just a wild guess: But the purchase invoices for your components have been posted? If they have only an expected cost and they are used for production, also the finished products will have an expected cost.
