Create Tracking Specificationin Item Journal

It is possible to create Tracking Specifications from code?..

My problem is that I have to insert from code records in FORM "item Journal" and to create Tracking Specifications for them. I have read about Reservation Entry table and I have tried but I still receive the error "Tracking specifications is missing" when I try to post.

create a journal line manually. put a serial no manually. Go to reservation entry table and filter for the serial no., the entries you are going to make to the table has to look the same way. except the PK and serial no. and if you have a different journal line no, then the Source Ref. No. as well.
