Nav 5.0 SP1 - Not saving last open Company in File menu

in NAV/Navision Classic Client

We have installed NAV 5.0 SPI on a new server, and on that server it does not save the last open Company like it did on the old server. See picture.

The SQL server is the same, and ZUP files seems to be saved correctly.
Is there a setting some where that enables this ?

    Version is too old but one thing which I can recall is, all these information used to get store in the ZUP files only .

    Last opened is also saved in the ZUP files.

    Check if the ZUP files is NOT readonly and you have write access to it.

    Also, if you open multiple sessions and then close them. On closing, NAV checks if the datetime of the ZUP is the same as the datetime it had when it used it. If it is different, it will ask to overwrite. If you overwrite it, it will overwrite the version of your other session.
