Hi,
Our customer has a NAV 2016 Version 9.
When I log on their solution, I have the option of selecting server:
But when the customer logs on, the "Select Server…" isn't there. It has "Select Language" and Select Company" but nothing in between.
The customer's user har SUPER permission set.
Did anyone experience the same? And what can be the reason? A quick google search tells that it could be a missing admin privilege issue… but I am not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated, many thanks!

Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\9.0).
• Open ClientUserSettings.config in Notepad (it’s an XML file).
Please check clientusersettings.config for the customer user. If Server keys have default values that means this option ‘Select Server..’ won’t be there.United Kingdom0 -
What is the behavior if we altogether create a new user?
Can that use do this operation?
Thanks
