How can I change my Mibuso E-mail address in my user profile?

I have tried to go to https://mibuso.com/account/user-profile

then change the "E-mail adress"
then type the "Current password"
then click "Save changes"

But nothing happens and I get redirected to this url.

    That's the only option we have, you have to edit profile and then update it.
