To Change alternative address automatically

Hi, In Sales Order page, I woul like to change the address option as Alternative Address when user validates the posting date and want to select available ship to address and apply to SO. Is there any ways to do this customization. Thanks in advance.

    @Developer101 I tried using the OnOpenPage trigger since that field is a page-level field.

    The Posting Date is auto-filled once a Sales Order is created. Do you want to make this field empty and require the user to manually select the posting date?

    Secondly, once the user enters the posting date, what is your plan for changing the shipping address to the alternate shipping address and selecting the available shipping options? When do you want this to happen—at the time of release?

    Please prepare the instructions for how you want this process to work. Everything is doable, but the key question is: how do you want to implement it?
