Sales order report print issue.

Hi Everyone,
I have created a sales order report, in which I have used Tablix in the body part. I need a divider between the fields up to the footer, whether the data is 1 line or body is empty or 10 lines are there. I have attached two images: in the first image, I have shown my issue, and in the second image, I have shown the type of report I want.
Please let me know how to cover empty space with proper format.

Use the Celling function to increase blank rows in the reports based on the lines already inserted system should add blank records in the line level.0
