Upgrade to BC21 (OnPrem) - error when syncing TableMigration

in NAV Three Tier
Has anyone come across this issue below, all the tables cannot be located. I can see them in SQL. This occurs when syncing the table migration app (the empty one): -

Task 14 of upgrade to BC21
Sync-NAVApp -ServerInstance $ServiceBC21 -Name "TableMigration" -Version 1.0.0.1 (this is the empty version)

I then get the following errors for all the tables

Sync-NAVApp : Table 3 Payment Terms :: The table 'Payment Terms' cannot be located. Removing tables is not allowed unless they are temporary or are being moved by migration to another app.
Table 4 Currency :: The table 'Currency' cannot be located. Removing tables is not allowed unless they are temporary or are being moved by migration to another app.
Table 5 Finance Charge Terms :: The table 'Finance Charge Terms' cannot be located. Removing tables is not allowed unless they are temporary or are being moved by migration to another app.
Table 6 Customer Price Group :: The table 'Customer Price Group' cannot be located. Removing tables is not allowed unless they are temporary or are being moved by migration to another app.

    Are you able to resolve this, I have similar problem in this step Task14?

    Hi, sorry for the late reply.

    Yes by not using tablemigration.app and transferring the fields manually. Microsoft got involved and were not able to help.
