Hi guys,
When running a report in Classic, it works fine for both small and large amount of data.
But when running the same report in RTC,it works fine only for a small amount of data.
For large amount of data, when previewing, only captions are displayed with no values. When printing the following error message is displayed
Please help anyone..
Thanks

Hi navgirl,
As you mention yourself, for small datasets it works, not for bigger datasets. Then it's (probably) because of the amount of data. At a certain point the system runs out of resources (memory) and stops processing, resulting in this kind of error.
What can you do to solve it?
Try to minimize the dataset. Are there any fields in your dataset (on sections) that are not required? Are there any BLOB fields in your tables that might be being queried by the system, increasing the size of the dataset?
Some solutions:

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav/archive/201 ... n-rtc.aspx
One of the solutions mentioned on the team blog is to increase the size of the page file. This is something that I would not recommend. Only do that as a last resort.

greetings,
SDebugging is twice as hard as writing code. Therefore if you write the code as cleverly as possible you are by definition not smart enough to debug it.0 -
Which exact version of NAV? Are you using latest build of NAV 2009 R2/SP1?0

I have found a solution to this issue in NAV 2013. It seems strange this was the issue that gave me a similar message. But it's working so.

Yes I also faced this problem in NAV 2013 R2, the above solution is working perfectly. This is the only option I found to save report in PDF.0 -
