BC Check MICR font

We are using BC V22 On-Prem. We are implementing bank checks in BC. I am using report builder. We copied the MICR font from the NAV Server to the BC Server. I am using the exact alignment as NAV. The checks look perfect in NAV. The bank rejected checks in BC. The MICR font is not aligned and not in the proper position.

Here are the questions

1. Even though we installed the same font in the BC server, the MICR font is big in BC checks (We are using font size 9 in both NAV and BC). Please see pic 2 and Pic 3.
2. I am using the same top margin in both NAV and BC (0.41496in). The top margin reflects correctly in NAV, but there is a vast white space before the stub gets printed in B.C
3. Due to issue 2, the check needs to be aligned correctly.

Please let me know if you have faced this issue and how do we correct it?
