How can I get a member from a security group? AL

Hello,
Is it possible to get a member from "Security Group Member Buffer"? It doesn't have reading permissions, I've also tried getting with "Security Group" Codeunit, but I am unable to succeed.
I'd like to group users, and since "User group" is marked for removal, I am looking for a core alternative to keep users in groups so I can consult from AL whenever is needed. Maybe using Security Group isn't the best idea?
I'd love to hear your suggestions.
