After cloud from BC 14 to BC Online, some tables data not came

  This i by design from Microsoft, if you open the object Change Log Setup, you will see that it have a setting called ReplicateData= false:

  ok, but if i want to transfer the data then how can i use this property from BC 14 to BC online? and also any alternatives please let me know.

  You cannot change this, you will need to develope af custom extension to move the data, you can perhaps get some ideas here:
