Japanese Sales Invoices in garbled text

Hi, I'm currently using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018.

Our sales invoices are in Japanese, but whenever we try to print the draft sales invoices, it couldn't display the Japanese words as shown in the image.

Can you suggest solutions to this issue?

    Hi, does your base nav installation it's on japanese too? I mean, you manage the system in japanese. Another thing, if you print to a printer, does it work fine?
