Character XMLPort in soap UI

Hello:

I don't understand why I get weird characters in soapUI when I mount a webservice with an xmlport.

The definition is correct

the webservice works in SoapUi and Postman even though it has the characters, but the provider can't get it to work because of the characters. Any ideas?
