SETRANGE not fetching values

SETRANGE is not fetching values. My code is as below.
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE(ID, '{1938299-7788}');
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE("Parameter String",'%1','PostItem');
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE("Object ID to Run",70099);
IF JobQueEntry.FIND('-') THEN BEGIN
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE(ID, '{1938299-7788}');
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE("Parameter String",'%1','PostItem');
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE("Object ID to Run",70099);
IF JobQueEntry.FIND('-') THEN BEGIN

Your second SETRANGE is not correct. You need to use SETFILTER there.
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.1 -
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE("Parameter String",'%1','PostItem');
This is the Problem - Change this to
JobQueEntry.SETRANGE("Parameter String",'PostItem');
