Cannot generate SSPI context State ID: HY000 - Sometimes only some users on terminal server

in NAV Three Tier
Hi

We started this month to get this error when opening the NAV RTC:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Cannot generate SSPI context State ID: HY000

I've seen https://www.sauravdhyani.com/2012/04/navision-cannot-generate-sspi-context.html
But the host file fix does not seems to do anything for us. I then found, it may be a network / domain or time issue. Or issue with our antivirus.
I've fixed the timing issue. SQL, NAV and client terminal server running same time. And disabled antivirus.

But still once in a while, like once a week, some users on the terminal server is getting this error.

Just today only one (1) user got this error while others was using NAV normally.

NAV version: 6.0.35003.0 / 2009
Terminal server: 2012 R2

Any ideas on how to debug this?

    I have a little update. When the server hosting NAV server is rebooted the issue is gone.
    SQL, Nav server and client is on different servers.

    My issue seems to be related to the Domain Controllers, but I can't say what. I've changed the priorities of DCs, and issue seems gone.
    We will reinstall NAV and SQL on new servers next years.
