Grid to control the width

in NAV Three Tier
Hi all,

Do we possible to use a grid control that is divided into 3 groups with different width?
For Example, group A is 50%, group B is 30% and group C is 20%.

    I think grid controls dissapeared ages ago.

    Long time I dont design complex things but I suppose you have to try 3 different groups and then the user will change the width.
    Not sure if it´s possible to do them in vertical...
