automation not initiated

Hello,
I am getting an error when trying to open word from NAV. Its saying automation hasnt been instantiated, see below. Not really sure how to fix it, anyone got any idea?

automations can be painful sometimes.
Check the windows user if you have all the permissions etc. Run NAV as administrator (right click, run as admin)
Initialising the automation is as simple as:
IF ISCLEAR(lADOConnection) THEN
CREATE(lADOConnection,TRUE,TRUE);

If it's am Automation Variable then you need to instantiate with CREATE function.Thanks

I did that, after which I got this error when trying to create it Cannot create an instance of an Automation Server with CLSID = {0002094D-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}.
