AL: change the standard No. Series management functionality

Hi All,

I have a task to change the standard functionality of assigning a numbering series to created documents for known customers; this means that, as user creates a sales quote for a known customer, user would typically first go to a customer page, filter for customer and then click on button: "New Document" -> "Create Sales Quote"

I have managed create the custom numbering series, but I do not know how to call this procedure withing the function of standard No. Series Management. So, how can I change the stack of code in InitInsert where then the functionality of standard no. series is called

in the InitInsert function, we have a publisher available with IsHandled. (OnBeforeInitInsert)
so you can subscribe that and use your own login. Do not forget to set IsHandled to true in your subscriber so that standard code will be skipped.
