Please help me advice to how to fix this error.

    I looks looks there is a Sync pending. Did you already try to run the Cmdlet: Sync-NAVTenant? You can also perform this with a bit lesser functionality by running this command from the development environment:

    After syncing... just to be sure also restart the Nst (Nav Service Tier).
