Flowfields in dropdown list

Hello experts,
Is it possible to have flowfields in the dropdown list in RTC? I've tried adding the Inventory field to field groups in the item table, but the value of the field is always shown as 0 in the dropdown list. Looks like the field isn't being calculated.
