On-Premise object id range 50000-99999

HI All.
For SaaS, 50000-99999 is 'free' meaning you can use any object number for any object type in that range for any app.
Is this range also free for on premises?
Or we need to get the object in customer license.
Could someone explain this.

For OnPrem, the customer need to buy/pay for objects in 50000-99999 (Table extension and pag eextenson are free)For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.5
