Changed Certificate for SOAP

Hi Guys
i Change our Certificate on the middle Tier,
i Changed the "Certificate Thumbprint" Value to the new Fingerprint. The Login works fine
But the webservice has the old certificate, and i dont know where i can find the Config to Change this.
The Old certificate is deleted.
is anybody who can help?

You changed the correct settings, but last time i tried this i had to:
1. deactivate SSL on SOAP+ODATA and then deactivate SOAP+ODATA.
2. Restart the service tier.
3. Then re-enable SOAP+ODATA and then re-enable SSL.
4. And restart the service tier.
Then it worked for me...
