in NAV Three Tier

Good morning all,
I have a problem
I created a report which calculates the due date according to the date entered
the report compiles well but once I am worth executing the report the following error message is displayed

    Probably one of the keys you need in one of the tables is not active. It might be on the customer (or supplier) entries, one of the keys that has Remaining Amount as SUM-field on the index.
