NAV Three Tier
The service principal name (delegation) configuration has been set incorrectly, server connect URL: net.tcp://"server path":7046/"Company"/Service".SPN Identity: "DynamicsNAV/"server path":7046"
A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.

Did you forget to ask your question?
What Version of NAV in which environment is it about?
Try restarting the service, then try to connect to it. Then inspect the event log on the middle tier host for additional clues.
Also check out the documentation on how to set things up, especially
Provisioning the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server Account
.
