How to connect the Universal App to an OnPrem Server

My BC works in my browser when i go to: http://ntbk-bartp:8080/BC150/
But I can't get it to work with the Universal App

I tried the following:

http://ntbk-bartp:8080/BC150/WebClient
http://ntbk-bartp:8080/BC150/
http://ntbk-bartp/BC150/
http://localhost/BC150/
http://BC150/

In IIS bind a new website Https port 443 and generate a certificate related to it.

I created a self signed certificate as seen here: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/132438
In my browser I can again connect to it but not in the app:

You got it to work with a self-signed certificate?
Also I'm using Windows Authentication maybe that's the issue?
