Can you develop tests on Local Installation of BC on-prem?

I have known to create a bcsandbox container with flag importtesttoolkit however can we do the same for on-prem local machine installation of business central? I am running windows 10 enterprise with BC 15.

Yes you can.
In you are using a local installed version then you can added the test extension from the DVD:
\Dynamics 365 Business Central 2019 Release Wave 2.DK.36649\Applications\TestFramework
For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.0
