<SOLVED>How can I block a Customer from using a Line Discount?

We are using the LS Retail version of NAV 2017 and would like to block a line discount from a certain category of customers. This group is behind in their account settlements and so as a first step, we would like to disable their access to certain discounts. I tested a customer by un-selecting the Allow Line Disc? flag on the Customer table but that had no affect on stopping any discounts for that customer.

Any thoughts on the best approach?
