The TempBlob table is used mainly to deal with Streams (In/Out), actually you could use any table with a BLOB field for that.

but, i still don't know how to use it. How does the program process logic . It's a little hard to understand it.

I will suggest before you hit for these soap exceptions it's better to learn first how tempblob works as you will be continuously using this.
