Wrong Value of Option Data Type when Exported to Excel

Hello. I tried exporting a page to Microsoft Excel with an option field but it gets the wrong value. I don't know if it is a NAV issue or an Excel issue. Kindly suggest. Thank you.

For example I have options: option1, option2, option3. If the value in the page is option2, what is exported to Excel is option1, if the value in the page is option3, what is exported to Excel is option2.0

Hard to diagnose without seeing the application.
You probably checked this, but an easy way to make this to happen is if you mix up the order on OptionString/OptionCaption.Austrian NAV/BC Dev0
