The flushing method "pick+forward" says it will flush components when you start an operation. But how do you start an operation?

It has been three years when I worked with that type of production logic. Releasing the order didn't do it?0

Hi KTA8, thanks a lot! Yes, but if your operations use routing links and you would like the flushing to happen on a particular operation (workcenter)? THe documentation says this will happen "when you start an operation" but how on earth do you "start an operation"?
All I can figure out is to go into Output journals to end an operation. But how do you start an operation?0
