Error 404 when connecting to webservice

BC OnPremise & Visualstudio2017
One web service Soap on page 21
little programme in c# to read a customer is failing with joined error message
I see that the "WS" part is missing in the path - how is this possible since I referenced the web service with this string :
http://bc190709:7047/NAV/WS/CRONUS FR/Page/Customer

Instead of using the server name in the URL, try using it's IP address.
bc190709 -> XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:7047...0 -
Try using IP and verify with the server firewall once!!
404 means unable to to hit the server.Thanks
