Developer license for two different Navisions

Hello, for example in one company we use NAV 2013 and we could buy solution developer license. In other company we got NAV 4 SP3. The question is could we use solution developer licence on NAV4 to develop it when company's are different and NAV versions differ?

I can confirm that a developer's license can develop on older versions of Nav.
