What are steps for setting up outlook for my nav 2009 sp1?
I go to nav>> Administration>> IT administration >> General Setup >> SMTP Mail Setup and then what?
It is asking SMTP Server,
Authentication(Anonynous,NTLM, Basic )
and if is basic it wants User ID and Password. I tried all but When I try to send a quote It doesn't send open my outlook. In purcahse quote I click Print then preview>>>file>>>send >>>Report by Email
The error message is "either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message"
My outlook is already my default mail.
