Does anybody create new interaction through web service (50091 Interaction Card New) ?

I want to add new interaction ,
but unfortunately primary key not increment all the time,
like when creating in navision , nav gives 6 digit auto primary key.
it just create record on 0 id .
I really appreciate if some one resolve this issue thanks
